The identity of the mystery winner remained a secret for years until it was finally revealed to be Sandy Bodecker, widely regarded as the influential figure in Nike Skateboarding. To maintain the exclusivity of the shoe, Nike destroyed the original sample pair, a concept recreated here through the use of translucent chopped-up windows.
